Heart Healthy Recipe: Lemon & Asparagus Foil Pack

Ingredients:
{4} 4oz. salmon filets
1 lb. fresh asparagus tips
1 tsp. pink himalayan salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. EVOO
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon fresh sage
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Lay 4 large sheets of foil on counter & spray with nonstick olive oil spray
3. Divide the asparagus tips between each sheet. Season with salt & pepper
4. Place a salmon filet on top of each bed of asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, sage & salt and pepper.
5. Fold each side of foil to create a pack
6. Bake 15 minutes
7. Remove from oven and carefully open each packet, avoiding the steam that will escape
8. Sprinkle lemon zest on top & serve
