So if you are planning a holiday party, consider this delicious, healthy & non-alcoholic alternative when serving your guests!
Cranberry Mimosa Spritzer
Place 2 c fresh cranberries, 1/2 c freshly squeezed orange juice, 1/2 c water and 1/4 c maple syrup (or honey) into a blender a puree throughly.
Strain through a mesh strainer & return to the blender to puree once more. Strain again.
Pour 1/4 c juice into each champagne flute & add an equal amount of spakling water. Granish with frozen cranberries.
